Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and manage Tender & Contract Revenue and Cost activities, including the identification, preparation, evaluation, and award of revenue-generating contracts.
2. Review tender documentation, including Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, and coordinate tender briefings and site visits with potential bidders.
3. Manage the end-to-end tender process, including Pre-Qualification (PreQ), technical and commercial evaluations, recommendation papers, and contract award processes.
4. Review and finalize Management Proposal Papers (MPP) for submission to GTC/EXCO for approval.
5. Manage strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance monitoring.
6. Prepare, review, and administer Contracts and Letters of Appointment (LOA), working closely with the Legal Department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the Company.
7. Monitor contract renewals and expiry dates, and coordinate the annual Supplier Evaluation exercise to assess vendor performance and compliance.
8. Ensure procurement activities comply with Club policies, governance requirements, and internal controls.
9. Review and enhance procurement SOPs to improve transparency and operational efficiency.
10.Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team to ensure the timely and effective execution of procurement activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, tender management and contract administration.
3. Experience in managing high-value tenders, revenue contracts, CAPEX procurement and vendor negotiations.
4. Familiar with preparing ITB documents, tender evaluations, commercial analysis, and contract awards.
5. Experience in conducting site visits and coordinating tender activities with stakeholders.
6. Good knowledge of procurement policies, governance, and internal controls.
7. Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
8. Ability to manage vendors and lead a procurement team.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
Experience in hospitality, golf, leisure or service industry will be an advantage.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
