• To carry out visual and measurement inspection using Quality Inspection checklist as per internal procedures
• Monitor operations to ensure that the products meet customer's requirement
• Measure products with inspection equipment such as micrometer,measuring tape,vernier caliper etc
• Inform QC Engineer & Supervisor of any non-conformance or discrepancies of products during inspection
• To collect evidence of defects (photo,video, and defect sample)
• To stop the coil processing if found serious quality defect and notify production immediately
• Any other duties assigned by Superior from time to time

Requirement

• Academic Qualification :Minimum SPM/equivalent with 1 year working experience in related Quality Control manufacturing environment
• At least 1 years in Quality Control
• Able to use simple measuring equipment such as micrometer,measuring tape,vernier caliper ,etc
• Able to perform overtime on weekdays and weekends/Public holiday
• Possess positive attitude, and good commitment towards excellence.
