We are looking for Electrical Site Supervisor for high-rise projects to be based in Cheras.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
• Plan and organize electrical installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical work and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work and projects.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to electrical processes.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure the availability of equipment and materials needed for electrical work.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project requirements are met.
• Assess risks associated with electrical projects and implement mitigation strategie

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience or electrical works.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with site safety practices and regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport
• Experience in construction or M&E projects is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
