Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Admin is responsible for supporting daily online store operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role focuses on product listing, order processing, campaign support, reporting, and ensuring smooth e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and stock information on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Assist in setting up promotions, vouchers, flash sales, mega campaigns, and platform activities.
• Monitor store performance, product availability, and seller metrics.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.

Order & Inventory Management

• Process and monitor daily orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams on stock availability.
• Update inventory levels and assist in stock planning.
• Handle order issues, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain records of promotions, sales performance, and campaign results.
• Support data entry and administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or online marketplace operations.
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, and TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic reporting).
• Experience in managing or working with Spotify is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Canva or other content creation and editing tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Order processing and fulfillment efficiency.
• Inventory accuracy.
• Campaign setup accuracy.
• Customer response and satisfaction rate.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
