Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support robotic welding processes and assist in optimizing welding performance.
- Assist in automation-related projects and process improvements.
- Provide engineering support to production when required.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing improvement solutions.
- Support process optimization to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Assist in project planning, implementation, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare engineering documents, reports, and project updates.
- Work closely with production, QC, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Diploma/Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of automation, robotics, and manufacturing processes.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to communicate in Mandarin
