Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost estimations, preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), and conducting cost planning and cost control activities to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Additional responsibilities include cost reporting, evaluating contracts, and collaborating with project teams to optimize resource allocation and financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning
• Strong skills in Cost Management, including monitoring budgets, expenditures, and cost efficiency
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client and supplier relationships
• Proficiency in relevant software for quantity surveying and project management
• Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
