Job Description
As a member of this team, you will build, validate and deploy cutting edge Lattice solutions that expands into various verticals including Vision and AI, server security, industrial automation, communications and automotive. You will have the unique opportunity to be closely involved in next-gen products, all the way from specification to product roll-out.

Candidate can expect to
- Work with external and internal customers to understand solution requirements.
- Integrate and validate FPGA-based specifications/components for end solutions in various verticals including Vision and AI, server security, industrial automation, communications and automotive.
- Partner with FPGA designers, SW/FW developers on full solution integration.
- Partner with data science engineers to fine-tuning FPGA implementation for performance (accuracy, speed, breadth etc.)
- Collaborate with design/validation teams to define scope of validation, review test results, interpret data and implement improvements to solutions.
Candidate Profile
- BS/MS in EE/CE with 6+ years of experience in FPGA system integration and validation of hardware and SW/FW components.
- Excellent full stack debugging skills, able to systematically isolate issues and work with developers to resolve issues expeditiously, across the various system components (HW, SW, FW).
- Working knowledge of protocols such as SDI, HDMI, Display Port, SLVS-EC, MIPI, USB, I2C, SPI, Ethernet is required.
- Experience using embedded development tools, logic analyzer, I2C/SPI analyzer, USB analyzer, etc.
- Knowledge of RISC-V systems is an advantage.
- Problem solver and creative thinker, ability to transform ideas from research articles into working solutions for real-world problems.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.
