Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end AP operations, vendor payments and financial support within the higher education industry. Experienced in processing 100–300 invoices monthly, managing over 50 vendors, handling foreign payments, staff claims and intercompany transactions. Skilled in Sage ERP, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, month-end closing support, audit preparation and bank reconciliation.
