Job Summary

Manage invoicing, collections, and receivables reporting to ensure accurate financial records and timely cash flow for DG Packaging Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and issue invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with IRAS GST requirements
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to improve cash collection
• Record and reconcile incoming payments to maintain accurate financial records
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, including collection and payment discrepancies, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) for internal and external reporting
• Support month-end closing processes and liaise with auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc finance duties as assigned to support the finance team’s operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum O level/ITE/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant accounts receivable experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage collection follow-ups effectively
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel for accurate data management
