Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Singapore. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, general leads, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. You will manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves analyzing market trends and developing strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

1. Demonstrated experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
2. Strong skills in Business strategy, planning, and execution.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven ability in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Relevant experience or knowledge of the insurance, healthcare or medical services industry is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical or a related field.
8. 1+ years of work experience with Business Development.
