Job Summary

Join Girl Guides Singapore as a Partnership & Program Senior /Executive to lead impactful initiatives that empower young women, build strong community partnerships, and deliver engaging programs aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners and community organizations to co-create impactful initiatives that empower girls and young women
  • Engage actively with members, volunteers, and the Guiding community to strengthen connections and foster an inclusive network
  • Design and operationalize engaging programs and events that support member growth and align with GGS’s mission
  • Conduct indoor and outdoor training sessions, including overnight camps, to build leadership capabilities and enhance the Guiding experience
  • Support unit leaders by providing strategies, resources, and training to strengthen leadership and unit engagement
  • Manage training and program budgets, vendor sourcing, and procurement with accountability and efficiency
  • Facilitate diverse group engagement effectively through strong facilitation skills / training
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high organization, adaptability, and proactivity
  • Mentor and empower others with a hands-on, supportive approach

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in events, training, or program management, especially in outdoor activities or youth development will be an advantage
  • Experience in volunteer-based or membership organizations
  • Knowledge of the Guiding movement will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with relevant experience, internships, or volunteer background are welcome to apply

Other Information

Working Hours

  • Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend events/trainings, with time off provided in lieu
