Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you're responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing security system projects from installation through testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with established standards. Project success will be measured by timely delivery, budget adherence, compliance with technical specifications, and client satisfaction.

Salary: $3,500 to $5,000 + Transportation allowance of $500

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities to ensure successful delivery within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and all technical requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to issues, resolving escalations effectively, and acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance to ensure the proposed solutions are delivered as planned, costs remain within budget, timelines are met, and quality and client satisfaction standards are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate and supervise project team members by assigning responsibilities, managing resources, and scheduling work to support successful project execution.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained to support project monitoring and performance assessment.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant project management experience within the security systems industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, networking, and security systems, including CCTV, Card Access, and Alarm Systems.
