Job Summary

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, team coordination, and adherence to schedules, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects by planning, budgeting, and allocating resources to achieve project goals.
• Develop project teams by defining objectives and assigning individual responsibilities to ensure clear accountability.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and minimizing financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor construction progress regularly and conduct status meetings to align all sub-teams on project milestones.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Adjust project work plans proactively to address changes and maintain schedule adherence.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all project documentation for regulatory and operational purposes.
• Identify potential design and construction issues that could lead to disputes or claims and implement mitigation strategies.
