Job Description:

• Identify and search potential vendors to be compared and negotiated in order to get the lowest price yet best quality in accordance with user's budget
• Ensure on time payment and the timeliness of items (products/services) delivery in order to ensure all users get the items on time with the right specification
• Prepare cost saving reports based on negotiation, price request report, purchasing report to allow procurement team identify areas for improvement

Job Requirement:

• Education – Bachelor of Economy/Accountancy/Management/Industrial Engineering/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Experience – 2 years’ experience in Procurement or related role
• Familiar with handling Marketing service
