Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive quality engineering standards and best practices.
• Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD), BDD, and shift-left testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit, API, integration, UI, performance, and security testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement AI-assisted testing to improve quality and engineering productivity.
• Mentor engineers on automation, testing best practices, and quality engineering.
• Monitor quality metrics, support incident analysis, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of TDD, BDD, Shift-left Testing, Continuous Testing, CI/CD, Microservices, REST APIs, Containers, and Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI coding/testing tools, and modern quality engineering practices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
