We are a growing accounting and corporate services firmproviding bookkeeping, tax, , and advisory services to SMEs across variousindustries.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and bookkeeping using accounting software.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and accounting schedules.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management accounts.
• Support GST, tax, payroll, and CPF processing.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Organise accounting records and client documents.
• Provide administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship or accounting experience are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage (training provided).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

• S$2,200– S$2,800 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
