The Logistics Assistant supports daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. The role involves coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers to maintain smooth and timely delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of goods for delivery
• Load and unload goods safely while following workplace safety standards
• Maintain proper inventory records and assist in stock-taking activities
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and organized within the warehouse
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments on delivery schedules
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation (delivery orders, invoices, permits)
• Assist in import/export processes and basic permit declarations where required
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or stackers (if trained)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas
• Perform basic data entry and update logistics systems
