Job Description

• Handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Handle printing, stationery issuance and stock management.
• Assist with student matters, including unwell cases and lost & found.
• Perform data entry, filing, survey collation and minutes-taking.
• Support daily school administrative operations.
• Deployment at General Office or MOE Kindergarten, as required

Requirements

• GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a school or related environment.
