Job Description :

- Experience in Order Management and Inventory Control.

- Responsible for inventory management with aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times.

- Day to day visual inspection on incoming / outgoing machines and spare part.

- To coordinate with Requesters and order confirmation / schedule / record maintaining.

- Inventory reconciliation between in-house tracking system and the physical counts.

- Perform annual stock take accurately and timely.

- Monitor and track inventory movement to maintain healthy stock level

- Need to perform data entry for stocks movements.

Job Requirements :

- Experienced in warehouse inventory management and manage stock movement, at least 2 years relevant experience

- Possess initiative and be results-oriented.

- Good proficiency in Excel

- Resourceful with good organising skills

- Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure

- Self-motivated, independent and a fast learner

- Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.

- Forklift license and Class 3 or Class 2 Driving License (preferred)
