We're looking for a driven Senior Application Sales Engineer / Application Sales Engineer to grow our business, develop customer relationships, and deliver innovative industrial automation and sustainability solutions across industries including Electronics, Biomedical, Manufacturing, and Building & Infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.

• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners.

• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable automation and sustainability solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage projects through to order closure.

• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and market trends to achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions and excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of technical sales or engineering experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Sales-driven with good business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

• Interest or knowledge in Industrial Automation, Sustainability, Industry 4.0, or Cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
