Job Description & Responsibilities 工作内容与职责
• Assist in managing the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and othersocial media platforms
协助管理公司Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 及其他社交媒体平台

• Create, schedule, and upload social media posts
制作、安排并发布社交媒体内容

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
协助策划与执行市场推广活动

• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators for marketing materials
与摄影师、设计师及内容创作者协调制作市场推广素材

• Liaise with corporate management to coordinate marketing activities and campaign requirements
与公司管理层沟通，协调市场活动及推广需求

• Reply to basic customer enquiries on social media when required
在需要时回复社交媒体上的客户咨询

• Update marketing materials, promotional posters, and digital content
更新市场推广资料、海报及数码内容

• Assist during roadshows, events, live streaming, and product launches
协助路演、活动、直播及产品发布

• Monitor social media performance and prepare simple reports
监测社交媒体表现并准备简单报告

• Keep up with social media trends and suggest new content ideas
关注社交媒体趋势并提出新内容创意

• Support the Marketing Department with daily administrative tasks
协助市场部日常行政工作

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
完成管理层安排的其他任务

Requirements 任职要求
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
大专或同等学历

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
熟悉Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 等社交媒体平台

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or simple photo/video editing is an advantage
具备 Canva、CapCut 或基础图片/视频编辑技能者优先

• Creative, responsible, and willing to learn
有创意、有责任心，愿意学习

• Good communication and teamwork skills
具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
能独立完成工作并按时完成任务
