We are looking for a frontline customer-facing candidate to join our expanding automotive service team. This role combines sales advisor, customer service, and follow-up responsibilities. As our business has grown beyond car detailing and coating into full mechanical repair services, the position requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, along with sales and customer engagement experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, service bookings, and customer follow-ups

• Manage sales targets through the promotion of automotive products

• Identify and execute weekly/monthly sales plans and initiatives to generate sales

• Coordinate customer service needs, including arranging service schedules and ordering parts

• Support sales and promotion activities, including upselling and cross-selling of services

• Provide timely and accurate communication internally with the workshop team and externally with customers

• Handle ad hoc tasks related to cross departments within the business

• Working on alternate Saturday is required

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and products and interest in mechanical services

• Strong sales and Customer service skills in automotive field

• Excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members

• Positive and Customer centric approach to manage sales targets

• Experience in social media content creation, posting, and updates

• Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and solve problems proactively

• Possess a valid HK driving license is preferred
