Operations Manager (Food Manufacturing / F&B Factory)

Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of a food production facility to ensure efficient production, compliance with food safety standards, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet operational targets while managing manpower and inventory levels effectively
• Enforce compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety regulations, HACCP standards, hygiene protocols, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
• Supervise production processes, packaging activities, and quality control checks to maintain product standards
• Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, control costs, and resolve production issues promptly
• Maintain accurate audit records and prepare reports for management review

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in managing food factory operations
• Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations
