The company is a well-established organisation within the financial services industry, they are hiring for an important role. They are looking for a senior EA to support a senior leader in the business, who has intense and complex calendar who also travels globally. This EA will need to be able to handle multiple time zones and work under pressure and to be able to multitask .

Job Description

As an Executive Assistant your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for presentations, reports, and meetings.
  • Handling confidential correspondence and ensuring discretion at all times.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Managing expense reports and budgets effectively and accurately.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events and engagements.
  • Monitoring and prioritising incoming communications to ensure timely responses.
  • Providing ad hoc support as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Higher Education in business administration or relevant studies
  • Over 10 years solid experience as an EA supporting C suite and within Financial Services
  • A proven ability to manage complex schedules and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry or similar environments.
