What You'll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of the operational success of the Singapore business from pre-opening through daily operations.
• Establish and implement SOPs, operational processes, and best practices for a new brand launch.
• Ensure outstanding food quality, consistency, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and labour productivity.
• Analyse business performance and use operational data to drive profitability, productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Drive outlet profitability through effective cost control, labour optimisation and sales growth.
• Partner with senior management to execute business strategies and be part of an ambitious expansion journey, with opportunities to oversee multiple locations as the business grows.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven work culture.
