Job Details

• 1 Year Contract (non-renewable for now)
• Salary Range : UP to $3,800 + Performance Bonus

Job Scope:

• Organize and maintain filing systems for documents
• Track document versions, ensure the correct version issued and archive documents properly
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to the right team member
• Implement and maintain document control procedures, incompliance with company guidelines
• Check documents for accuracy, completeness and consistency, and make necessary edits or updates
• Provide efficient document retrieval for various requests
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
• Provide help on document control procedures and systems toother employees
• Carry out administrative duties as and when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree
• At least 2 years of working experience 
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Attention to detail
• Independent with good time management skills
