About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing sales team at Hager Electro Limited as a Sales Assistant. In this contract position, you will be responsible for providing critical sales support to ensure the smooth running of the sales operations. The role will be based in Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Shui Po District.

What you'll be doing:

Assistant to Managing Director

• Assist in the urgent issues

• Prepare the expenses clams

• Act as personal assistant

Assistant to the Sales department

• Perform routine work for the dept with CRM process

• Provide secretarial and clerical support

• Receive incoming calls

• Prepare quotations

• Arrange regular sales meetings, issue agenda and take minutes

• Arrange regular meetings with sales, logistics and accounts depts, issue agenda and take minutes

• Check the salesmen’s expenses claims

• Prepare project analysis report

• Keep P.O. records up to date

• Gather and organize market information from various sources

Provide assistance to the organization on other aspects when need

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry

2. Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues

4. Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Skilled in Excel)

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
