- Deep knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, local influencers
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Candidates from digital/social media industry is advantageous for senior positions
Responsibilities
- Smash sales targets
- To acquire new businesses and maintain/grow existing client accounts
- To pitch, propose and close client’s proposals with presentations and meetings
- Maintain relationships with existing clients/brands through regular meetings
- Having a deep understanding of current social media platforms and trends to develop content ideas in campaigns
- Manage multiple timelines of campaigns from end to end
- Ensure campaigns are executed according to timeline and client’s requirements
- Consistent client servicing and management to ensure good relationship and building solid rapport
- Seek out opportunities and unlock new budgets from current servicing clients
- Being able to deal with crisis during campaigns and to be quick in providing solutions
- Manage account executives and interns working under your supervision
- Ensure administrative, operational and financial procedures are carried out
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
