Towngas Hiring! Full Time Assistant Billing Services Supervisor in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The Role:

• Handle the full spectrum of billing operations and statements to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery.

• Support daily operation reviews on billing services and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in billing processes, workflows, and presentation standards.

• Monitor, coach and guide subordinates in handling customer enquiries in an efficient, professional, and customer‑oriented manner, ensuring service standards and KPIs are met.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on billing‑related matters, including system issues, data clarification, and process alignment.

•  Assist in the preparation of management reports and handle ad‑hoc tasks when needed.

• Support finance transformation and process standardization initiatives related to billing operations; participate in IT system enhancement projects and perform other duties as assigned by Management
  

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

•  At least 5 years’ relevant experience in billing services or customer accounts; experience in IT enhancement or system-related projects is an advantage.

• Customer‑oriented, detail‑minded, and passionate about service and process improvement.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions.

• Self-motivated with strong learning capacity; able to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
