Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2~3 years working experience in semiconductor, electronics, EMS, or related industry.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging materials and technical knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Able to work independently and travel within Northern Malaysia.
• Candidates based in Penang, Ipoh, or nearby areas are preferred.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor and electronics customers in Northern Malaysia.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand sales of semiconductor packaging materials.
• Promote products such as JEDEC trays, carrier tape, cover tape, and related packaging solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide solution.
• Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, samples, delivery schedules, and customer support.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
