Role Description The Services Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong, focused on promoting and selling AEON Credit’s financial and insurance-related products and services. This role involves engaging walk-in customers and merchant partners, explaining product features and benefits, and recommending suitable solutions based on customer needs and eligibility. The Services Sales Executive will handle applications, documentation, and basic credit evaluations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes developing relationships with merchants, participating in promotional campaigns, tracking sales performance, and providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and product knowledge skills related to consumer financing, credit cards, and insurance.
• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills to respond to customer needs and dynamic market conditions.
• Relevant experience in retail banking, consumer finance, insurance, or financial services sales is beneficial.
• A minimum of a diploma or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong, including weekends or shifts as required, and proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
