CEVA Logistics Hiring! Full Time Project Management Manager in Selangor - Ricebowl

CEVA Logistics is looking for an experienced Project Management Manager to support the successful implementation of new customer operations, warehouse start-ups, facility relocations and operational optimisation projects.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, operations, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every implementation is delivered on time, within budget and in line with CEVA's Zero Defect Start-Up (ZDS) methodology. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate implementation projects for new customer operations, warehouse start-ups and facility relocations.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resource requirements together with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project communications, reporting and customer meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, including capital expenditure and operational costs.
• Support Business Development by providing project forecasts and implementation insights.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their expectations and business requirements are met.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and drive continuous improvement throughout project execution.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, Solution Design and Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CEVA systems, corporate standards, legal requirements and internal procedures.
• Support knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across project teams.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or Implementation Management.
• Experience within the Logistics or Supply Chain industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional implementation projects from planning through execution.

Technical Skills:

• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Stakeholder management and customer engagement.
• Risk identification and mitigation.
• Budget and resource planning.
• Excellent reporting and project documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of CEVA systems and Zero Defect Start-Up (ZDS) methodology is an added advantage.
