Position : Senior HR Executive

Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,500

Location : Kepong, KL

Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support overall HR operations. The role focuses on attracting top talent, improving hiring efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, and working closely with stakeholders to meet the company’s manpower needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies using multiple sourcing channels
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and refine job requirements
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and provide insights for improvement
• Support HR compliance activities, documentation, and policy adherence
• Assist in HR-related projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
