Regional Customer Service Executive

Salary Range : RM2,500 – RM3,500

Working Hours: 2 shifts (9am-6pm, 11am-8pm), Working days : 5 Working days + 2 Off Days

Location : TTDI, Puchong and Bukit Jalil

** Must Possess Own Transport**

Job Description:

• Attend to the needs, enquiries, and requests of postpartum mothers in a professional and caring manner.
• Share information about confinement care packages and services with customers.
• Assist enquiries from both in-house guests and external customers.
• Assist and coordinate bookings and appointments for postnatal services.
• Liaise and collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative duties related to customer service.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Enjoy interacting with people
• Strong team player
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, BM and/or Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (as training will be provided)
• Must possess own transport as this role requires travelling to our centres
• Salary will commensurate with working experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
