Dexin Hardware Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,200 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on collections.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier and expense payments.
• Reconcile customer payments across branches and payment channels.
• Monitor daily bank balances and manage company cash flow.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (full set accounts preferred).
• Familiar with accounting systems (e.g., AutoCount) and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written).
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
