Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new live hosts and agencies through various platforms and channels.
• Provide daily support to agencies and hosts, resolve inquiries, and suggest operational improvements.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly performance data to drive host activation, engagement, and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, acting as a bridge between agencies and the platform by gathering feedback and insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, voice chat, or social entertainment preferred.
• Prior experience as platform staff, host, agency operator/admin, agency owner, or host recruiter is highly valued.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Presentable, adaptable, motivated, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Quick learner with a passion for internet and social entertainment.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
