Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records with accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
• Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities within the stipulated timeline.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audit and tax compliance.
• Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balance confirmations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Monitor fixed assets and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support implementation and compliance with Malaysia e-Invoicing requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and internal departments when required.
• Participate in process improvements and finance-related projects.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Senior Accountant and management.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Candidate obtained ACCA are preferable.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software, preferable in AutoCount.
• Possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
