Duties & Responsibilities

• Process documents in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company account reconciliations
• Record bookkeeping entries, including non-payment transactions
• Enter financial transactions, invoices, and supplier bills into the accounting system with accuracy
• Process employee claims, verify supporting documents and obtain management approval
• Ensure all original accounting documents are properly filed and maintained for audit and compliance
• Prepare and update documentation required by government authorities, regulatory bodies, and auditors
• Monitor and manage company licenses, insurance (building, vehicle, business), and ensure timely renewal
• Manage office administration needs including office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
• Draft memos, notices, and correspondence to vendors and stakeholders as required
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items
• Prepare monthly financial and administrative reports, data summaries, and updates for management review
• Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and office decorations when required
• Coordinate and support administrative duties as assigned by management
• Comply with all company rules and regulations as outlined in the appointment letter and employee handbook
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
