Responsibilities
Dermaglow Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fameglow Holdings Limited (HKEX: 3774), is engaged in the provision of professional treatment services and skincare products. We are seeking a high-calibre Project Manager to support our business expansion and product development initiatives across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution across product development, marketing, business development and strategic initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are achieved within schedule.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams, as well as external vendors and business partners.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
Analyze project, market and business performance data, and prepare management reports to facilitate decision-making.
Support new product development projects and coordinate product launches, branding campaigns, marketing activities and promotional events.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
Assist senior management in strategic initiatives and ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Life Sciences or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in project management, project coordination, operations management or business development.
Experience working with Mainland China teams and business partners is essential.
Native Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
Strong project planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, mature, proactive and capable of working independently.
Willing to travel frequently between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beauty, skincare, healthcare, FMCG, retail or consumer products industry.
Exposure to product development or R&D projects.
Experience managing cross-border projects between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certifications would be an advantage.
