Role Description The Smart Energy Solution Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for designing and implementing smart energy solutions, including energy storage and smart energy management systems, to meet customer and market requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing energy usage data, developing solution proposals, coordinating with R&D and engineering teams in Singapore gloval innovation hub, and supporting business development with technical expertise globally. The role also involves overseeing pilot projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing system performance for efficiency and reliability. Collaboration with sales, operations, and service teams is essential to deliver end-to-end solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess energy data, evaluate system performance, and support decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess experience in the Energy Industry with knowledge of markets, regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Energy Management to design and optimize smart energy and storage solutions.
  • Candidates should possess understanding of distributed energy resources and broader Energy systems, including integration with AIDC power infra, telecom BTS power, Microgrid, power reserve & frequency regulation market, ultra-fast EV charging, C&I ESS, etc
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering, Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with energy storage technologies, smart grids, or renewable integration is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore and engage with international teams and clients.
