Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for coordinating day-to-day husbandry and shipping operations. This position oversees vessel-related activities, ensuring smooth turnaround, compliance with local regulations, and timely service delivery. The Operations Executive liaises with ship owners, masters, port authorities, and vendors to manage documentation, logistics, and operational schedules. The role includes monitoring costs, handling operational issues, and preparing regular reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. The Operations Executive contributes to efficient workflows and high-quality service standards across all assigned operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee vessel activities, scheduling, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, control costs, and resolve issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in maritime operations, shipping agencies, or logistics is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced port environment, manage multiple tasks, and respond to operational emergencies when required.
• Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with maritime documentation and regulatory processes is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, maritime studies, business, or a related field is an advantage.
