About the role

As an international, multidisciplinary team, we develop enterprise-scale microservices, APIs, cloud services, and integrations that support millions of users across digital ecosystem. What role you'll play As an IT Business Analyst – Cloud Solutions, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable cloud-based solutions. You work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and support the successful delivery of cloud-native products and services. You develop a strong understanding of business processes, system landscapes, microservices architecture, API integrations, and cloud technologies to drive business value and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support solution design and validate proposed solutions against business needs.

Agile Product Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support prioritization based on business value, technical dependencies, and strategic goals.
• Assist in release planning and go-live preparation.

Cloud, Microservices & API Analysis

• Gather and document requirements for cloud-native applications and platform services.
• Analyze and define integration requirements between cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on API-based and microservice-based solutions.
• Support the design and documentation of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and system interactions.
• Understand technical dependencies, data flows, and integration patterns.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders regarding requirements and solution clarification.
• Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams.
• Present findings, recommendations, and solution concepts to stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support decision-making through data analysis and business impact assessments.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define acceptance criteria and support test strategy activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Support defect triage and resolution efforts.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and customer experiences.
• Promote best practices in requirements engineering and Agile delivery.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and cloud adoption programs.
• Leverage metrics, stakeholder feedback, and retrospectives to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience within Platform Engineering or DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirements management.
• Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions, microservices, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
