Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for IT Business Analyst (Cloud Solutions).

Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: B2B Contract

FTE: Full-time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience within Platform Engineering or DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirements management.
• Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions, microservices, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering business value.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather business needs.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog prioritization, release planning, and go-live activities.
• Gather and document requirements for cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices-based solutions.
• Define integration requirements and support solution design for enterprise and third-party systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Present findings, recommendations, and solution proposals to stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Support defect triage and ensure solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
