Job Title: AI Engineer (Full Stack / Mobile)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced AI Engineers who can build modern, secure, and scalable digital applications across web, mobile, tablet, and Progressive Web App (PWA) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise and hands-on experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate software development, improve code quality, and enhance delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital applications across web, mobile, tablet, and PWA platforms.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar for code generation, refactoring, documentation, testing, and code reviews.
• Build responsive front-end applications using TypeScript, React, and modern UI frameworks.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Develop native mobile applications using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android); Flutter experience is an advantage.
• Implement secure authentication, validations, error handling, performance optimization, and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.
• Follow secure coding practices, accessibility standards, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and design system guidelines.
• Ensure applications meet the quality and compliance standards expected in regulated financial services environments.

Required Skills

• 4–12 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
• Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and full-stack applications.
• Strong native mobile development experience in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
• Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
• Knowledge of authentication, API integration, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vue.js.
• Experience with Flutter for cross-platform development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working in banking, fintech, or other regulated industries.

Nice to Have

• Experience building reusable component libraries or design systems.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.
• Passion for AI-driven software development and modern engineering practices.
