Full Stack Engineer

The Application Services team serves as the bridge between platform capabilities and customer value realization. We partner with customers to deliver business outcomes through application development, system integration, data solutions, AI-powered applications, and digital transformation initiatives.

Our projects range from traditional enterprise applications and system integrations to AI Agents, intelligent automation, and Generative AI solutions. Regardless of the solution being delivered, we embrace an AI-native delivery approach, leveraging modern AI technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate innovation and maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer solutions through application development, system integration, data integration, automation, and deployment activities.
• Design and develop business applications ranging from traditional enterprise systems to AI-powered applications, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Evaluate and apply LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and workflow automation technologies to solve real business challenges.
• Build rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and pilot implementations to validate business value and technical feasibility.
• Drive solutions from requirements gathering through development, deployment, production rollout, and operational support.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and AI-native engineering practices to improve software quality, delivery speed, and engineering productivity.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to enhance delivery consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Solution Architects, GTM teams, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on experience in application development and system integration.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Ability to work across both software development and emerging AI technologies.
• Good communication and cooperation skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, AI workflow orchestration, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience building customer-facing AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to enterprise digital transformation, manufacturing, industrial automation, smart buildings, or operational technology (OT) environments.
