Role Description The Sales Admin role at BlackBull Markets is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, updating CRM records, and coordinating client onboarding. The Sales Admin responds to client inquiries, assists with account-related questions, and collaborates with customer service to ensure a smooth client experience. Responsibilities include generating and maintaining sales reports, tracking leads and conversions, and assisting with compliance-related documentation. The role also involves close coordination with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate processing of client accounts and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and support informed decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess proficient Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document management, CRM use, scheduling, and organization of sales activities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide timely support, and contribute to a positive client experience.
  • Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Finance to support account setup, trading-related queries, and coordination with internal financial processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in brokerage, financial services, or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
