About the Company 

A Japanese Retail Distributor which have multiple brand of personal care, cosmetics, and everyday grooming products. Operating across FMCG retail and pharmacy networks. Currently looking for Sales Executive to handle B2B distribution to other retailer. This role is seeking for Retail Sales Executive and FMCG Sales Executive that looking to elevate their career.

Roles & Responsiblities 

• Responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
• Manage and build strong partnerships and positive working relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and activities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options, including business opportunities for the brands by forecasting promotions and launches.
• Ensures profitability & growth of the account assigned by the management.
• Achieve sales target set by the management.
• Maintain consistent market visits for sales, marketing, and promotional events monitoring as well as review competitors’ activities.
• Plan and execute promotional activities with customers in line with the company’s strategy and direction.
• Close monitoring of distributors' stock inventory, Return Stocks, and Slow-Moving Items.
• Monitor accounts’ performance against marketing plan.
• Provide annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals forecast.
• Execute sales plan, prepare forecast and sales report.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements 

• At least two (2) years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies. Experience in
• beauty and cosmetics would be a plus.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other dialects would be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
