We are supporting our client, a leading global law firm, in their search for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Singapore office and collaborate closely with regional and global BD teams.

In this role, you'll support corporate practices by driving cross-practice, sector-focused initiatives and empowering partners with strategic planning, profile-raising, and market growth strategies. You'll lead pitches and proposals, manage high-impact BD initiatives, and contribute to client development, CRM programmes, and thought leadership campaigns playing a key role in enhancing the firm's presence and reputation across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

What you'll bring:

• A relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree
• At least 6 years' relevant professional experience
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively within BD and across other departments
• Confidence engaging with partners and senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure
• A high degree of attention to detail
• Confidence using AI tools responsibly and effectively
• A proven track record of establishing professional credibility
• Excellent service delivery skills and a high level of responsiveness
