We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Associate Manager in SAP GRC Process Control to provide exceptional application support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes within SAP systems, along with strong analytical skills to enhance our operational efficiency.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is required. Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is suggested. Analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications. Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and reduce resolution times through innovative approaches. Support knowledge sharing by documenting troubleshooting procedures and contributing to team learning. Evaluate system changes and updates to anticipate potential impacts and proactively address challenges.
