Software Architect / Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and modernization roadmap for the core C# platform.
• Lead system design reviews and technical governance across Investigation, Refinement, and Pocket teams.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and testable platform architectures.
• Own decoder architecture — facade patterns, message parsing, protocol handling (LTE/NR/GSM/WCDMA).
• Design assignment orchestration systems (state machines, workorder execution schedulers, resource publishers).
• Provide architectural oversight for Core TI, TPG, and TCC-related systems.
• Guide development teams on coding standards, design patterns, and refactoring strategies.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and technology evaluations.
• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues involving hardware and software integration.
• Mentor senior engineers and development teams.
• Drive technical debt reduction and platform optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and C/C++ development.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise applications (100MB+ codebases).
• Deep understanding of Windows desktop application development (WPF/WinForms).
• Experience designing high-performance systems and refactoring legacy architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL Server / TSQL.
• Experience with TypeScript (map/UI components).
